 ADDTIS PM/SDLC
The ADDTIS Project Management/Software Development Life Cycle consists of software development (SD) processes and project management (PM) processes.  The life cycle's framework (see figure) consists of ten PM/SD Integrated Process Groups (IPGs) represented by the figure's outer most band.  Each IPG consists of PM and SD processes.  Each IPG PM process is associated to one of nine PM Knowledge Areas derived from the PMBOK® and represented by the figure's middle band.  Each IPG's SD process is associated to one of eight SD phases abstracted from today's popular SDLCs and represented by the figure's inner most band.

The ADDTIS PM/SDLC was developed based on the following guiding principles:

-> Provide an A-to-Z Set of PM/SDLC
      Processes
  -> Keep It Simple

  ->
Make It SDLC Agnostic
  ->
Make It PMBOK
® Compliant
  ->
Use Existing PM/SDLC Vocabularies
  ->
Provide Sample PM/SDLC Artifacts

The table below provides an overview of the ADDTIS PM/SDLC.  A video overview can be accessed from this website's Media page.  Please contact ADDTIS (adrian.ball@addtis.com) for more information.
