Integrated Process Groups (IPGs) represent the ADDTIS PM/SDLC's integration and grouping of 38 PM and 37 SD processes. The IPGs, derived from the PMBOK®, are represented by the outer most band in the figure above and are listed below:
-> Initiate (I): 7 SD Processes and 5 PM Processes
-> Plan (P): 0 SD Processes and 11 PM Processes
-> Execute, Monitor and Control - Requirements Analysis (EMC-RA): 4 SD Processes and 20 PM Processes
-> Execute, Monitor and Control - Architect and Design (EMC-AD): 4 SD Processes and 20 PM Processes
-> Execute, Monitor and Control - Code and Unit Test (EMC-CUT): 6 SD Processes and 20 PM Processes
-> Execute, Monitor and Control - Integration Test (EMC-IT): 6 SD Processes and 20 PM Processes
-> Execute, Monitor and Control - Acceptance Test (EMC-AT): 6 SD Processes and 20 PM Processes
-> Execute, Monitor and Control - Deployment (EMC-D): 3 SD Processes and 20 PM Processes
-> Execute, Monitor and Control - Sustainment (EMC-S): 1 SD Process and 20 PM Processes
-> Close (C): 0 SD Processes and 2 PM Processes
Note
The EMC-RA, EMC-AD, EMC-CUT, EMC-IT, EMC-AT, EMC-D and EMC-S IPGs contain the same 20 PM processes. These 20 PM processes along with the 5 PM processes within the Initiate IPG, 11 PM processes within the Plan IPG and 2 PM processes within the Close IPG make up the ADDTIS PM/SDLC's 38 PM processes.
